The location is great and the staff were very pleasant, which made my visit comfortable and enjoyable!

Unfortunately, the housekeeping was inconsistent and I faced some issues with room cleanliness. This definitely detracted from the overall experience,,

Clean room. Indoor pool looked nice but cold. The staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good options, but service could improve.

The indoor pool was awesome for the kids, and the location was perfect for our family outing.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored the Old Red Museum and checked out the Ellis County Courthouse. The hotel was clean and comfy, and the breakfast spread was a highlight. Perfect location for local attractions and pro sports events!

The breakfast options were delicious, fresh, and plentiful, perfect to start the day. However, I encountered a few issues. The hot tub was out of service during my stay, which was disappointing as I really looked forward to relaxing there. Housekeeping missed a day of cleaning, and I had to remind the front desk about it. Although the building felt a bit outdated overall, it didn’t overshadow the pleasant moments I had. This hotel fit my basic needs, but some improvements would enhance the stay significantly.

Staying at the Hampton Inn in Waxahachie was a good experience. The clean room and variety of breakfast options. I found the pool area a bit challenging for accessibility. A charming slice of Americana!

Surprising treats in the room

Walked into a beautifully decorated room with a welcome gift awaiting me. The serene atmosphere and friendly staff made it a lovely retreat.

However, I did encounter a delay with the check-in process that was frustrating. The front desk seemed overwhelmed and communication could be better.

We had a wonderful stay close to the Ellis County Museum, which was a hit with the family. The room was spacious, perfect for our large group, and the breakfast spread was delightful, with tasty options for everyone. It made our time together special.

In my kids' opinion, it would be great if there were quieter rooms available for families.
